Mighty God
Our God is mighty and there is none we can compare with Him. Mighty is defined as having or showing great strength, or force or intensity.
There is none as mighty as our God. He is mighty in all things. Mighty in battle, mighty to save and to deliver. The fact that He his mighty, tells us that there is no situation that God cannot handle. In fact, whatever God cannot handle; cannot happen.
Moses told the Children of Israel as they left the land of Egypt: ” Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the Lord thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible.” Deuteronomy 7:21. Just like the children of Israel, what are you afraid of or what is that situation that is confronting you? What is the “Egyptian” that is keeping your head down and threatening your destiny? By His mighty power, just as He delivered the Israelites, He will also deliver you in Jesus name. The Egyptians that you see today, you will see them no more. Exo 14:13.
The mighty God is ready to show forth His mighty power in your life irrespective of who you are. Job 36:5 says “Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength and wisdom”. He that delivered Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego out of the burning fiery furnace has the power to do all things. He delivered the children of Israel through His mighty hand and a stretched out arm (Deuteronomy 5:15), He is ready to do the same for you.
Are you sick? Our God is mighty to heal, are you troubled? God is mighty to save, are you in pain? God is mighty to heal. Whatever your situation, you only need to come to Him, trust Him and He will demonstrate His mighty power in your life.
What are you waiting for? Trust in His mighty power and you will never be disappointed.
