Pastor Benjamin Olalekan Martins currently the Provincial Pastor in Charge of South Africa
Province 1B which oversees parishes in Gauteng, Limpopo and North West provinces of
South Africa. He is based in RCCG; Open Heavens Assembly, Troyeville Johannesburg.
Under his leadership, Open Heavens Assembly ministers regularly to the welfare of the
needy in the local community; prioritizing street kids, abused children, women and the
elderly.

He is a teacher of the word, a man given to prevailing prayers. Pastor Martins is passionate
about youth and leadership training. He coordinates and facilitates training in the Centre of
Excellence at the Provincial Headquarters; RCCG Open Heavens Assembly in
Johannesburg.

He is a seasoned minister of God who has been impacting lives for Christ at various Retreat
Camps and Christian Television Programmes. He is also gifted in the area of marriage
counseling; both pre-marital and post marital counseling.

Pastor Martins holds a combined Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science &
Economics, Master’s Degree in Computer Science, post graduate degree in Theology and an
honorary doctorate degree in Theology. He is married to Pastor Olasesi Martins and they are
blessed with children.
